How Serenity Balance Sdn Bhd Started

From Burnout to Balance

We started Serenity Balance Sdn Bhd in 2019 because we saw something troubling in Malaysia’s corporate landscape. Talented professionals were burning out. They weren’t sleeping well, they couldn’t disconnect from work, and their personal lives were suffering.

Our founder, who’d personally struggled with the constant pressure of corporate life, decided there had to be a better way. So we built a team of wellness experts, stress management specialists, and work-life balance coaches who’ve worked across dozens of organizations.
